Sugar Creek Hollow Sketch Challenge

11 Sep
This is the sketch challenge from Sugar Creek Hollow.  Please join us…….I can’t wait to see what you create.
I used paper from Webster’s Page.  The pocket is one of my mini paper pockets that is avilable in my Etsy shop.  My focal image is from the new Fall Releases from Sugar Creek Hollow.
The sentiment is the Mega Mixed Messages from Papertrey Ink.

Here is the main focal image all colored up and out of it’s pocket.   I used distress inks, copic markers and rock candy distress stickles on the chuch image.  I also added some pearls for an added vintage look.

I thought it fitting to use the Tim Holtz tickets, this one says Trust.   The flower is made from some a vintage dictionary pages and I used some silk ribbon to top off the card.

I hope you like.  Thanks for stopping by and make sure to visit the rest of the team for inspiration, start her at Tracy’s blog: Primative Paper.

Blessings,

Mary

Hi Mary….what a GREAT use of the sketch. You just have all kinds of little tricks up your sleeve. I must admit…I never used doilies before watching your tutorials….now they are a staple in my studio. I love the vintage ticket and the sparkles on the church too. Very clever. Thanks so much for your hard work. Tracy
