I have a bunch of Jolee’s Christmas embellishments, two mini stamps sets that are perfect for Christmas, a yard of two of some yummy green and gold May Arts ribbon and some buttons from Making Memories. I will also be adding a few more goodies to this before mailing.

Challenge #2

Here is our second challenge….A Sketch. It can be a very simple card (Like my example below) or you can make it full of eye candy. It all depends on your style.

Here is my card. I found this adorable new Stampendous cling mount stamp at my local Archivers. I colored the image with Copics and used some yummy October Afternoon DP. The sentiment is handwritten.

Giftiness

Well yesterday you saw Kelly’s BD card and today you get to see the card set I made for her. Extremely simple….no fluff. I like how they turned out, what do you think?

I used two Kim Hughes sets that I have…Forest Frindzy and Little Gal stamp sets. I paper pieced the kite and made a few highlights on the kites and clouds for a little color and depth.

We have our Bi-Lingual service today at church! We always have such a wonderful move of God in each of our services. Can’t wait!!!

I just found the card that gave me the inspiration for this set…I should of known that it was to uber talented Teri….I orig. saw the card on SCS and I was just surfing Teri’s Blog (A bit of this.A bit of that.) and came across the card again….so thanks Teri for the inspiration….and look at the orig. masterpiece here…

HB – Friend

I made this card for a friend…her birthday was on Thursday. I also made this card for a challenge over at Waltzingmouse. Lovey her stamps and blog. She is from Ireland…Ummm…can anyone say…TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!

The challenge was to make a card using green and lots of green….I used the new Earth Love paper from Cosmo Cricket and they have this cool green cloud like paper…(see card above..LOL!) and I love it!

Next week is the launch of my second blog challenge, so make sure you stop by and play along.

We have a busy weekend. Jeremy and I are going to be working at our Youth Dept. booth at Octoberfest. This is our Youth groups biggest fund raiser. This is Jeremy’s first year in youth and so technically our first year working at the booth. It’s going to be a lot of fun!!!

Happy Birthday….

I can’t remember if I posted this card or not…I don’t think I have…. Isn’t this image adorable? It’s from The Greeting Farm. I love her hair! The image name is Annika, my cousin’s eldest daughter (5 yrs old) is name Ahnika and that’s why I bought the stamp….it looks just like her, even down to the hair. She’s full of adventure and spunk….all good qualities.

I used October Afternoon – Cherry Hill paper and colored the images with Copic markers. Yummy stuff!

The prayer revival was totally awesome and I’ll probably share more later….Hope you have a wonderful week!

Lookie what I got….

My friend from Marta from Funky-Martita sent me this lovey package from Poland. She made the bracelet, earrings, card and flowers. The black and white flower is a pin….(Lovey the pin very much!) Isn’t she super sweet and talented!!! I love the little lady bug on her card.

God blessed me with Marta friendship and I am so thankful!
